We have a job opening for a Customer Support Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining excellent positive customer relations
- Providing customer support through e-mail, telephone, and other forms of internet-based communication (forums, live chat, etc.)
- Working with management to help improve current support processes
- Use customer interactions to assess client needs and suggest potential resolutions through the company’s products and services
- Some product integrity testing
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Ability to determine and document customer questions, needs, or exact steps to reproduce issues they may experience using the BuilderFusion products/services
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with general computing practices and office productivity software
- Ability to work effectively with both clients and coworkers
- Knowledge of HTML and graphics manipulation software is not a requirement, but is a plus
