We have a job opening for a Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining excellent positive customer relations
  • Providing customer support through e-mail, telephone, and other forms of internet-based communication (forums, live chat, etc.)
  • Working with management to help improve current support processes
  • Use customer interactions to assess client needs and suggest potential resolutions through the company’s products and services
  • Some product integrity testing 

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to determine and document customer questions, needs, or exact steps to reproduce issues they may experience using the BuilderFusion products/services
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with general computing practices and office productivity software
  • Ability to work effectively with both clients and coworkers
  • Knowledge of HTML and graphics manipulation software is not a requirement, but is a plus
